Just Lovely
Living at City Center Towns is truly wonderful! From scheduling a tour to the move-in and planning for the future, we were ... taken care of by Garbrell, who was always kind and helpful. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease as we made our decision. The townhouse has small closets, but with some extra furniture that problem is solved. The kitchen is the heart of the townhouse, spacious and inviting. The community is right off Rt 7, which is a blessing and a bit of a curse. You’re close to everything, but the traffic can be a bit noisy. There are lovely walking paths, and you really feel comfortable walking around the community. Great People and Willingness to Help
The fantastic folks that work for City Center Townes helped my Fiancé and Myself with securing one of the lovely 2 BR units ... within the complex. We only had about three weeks notice to move, yet they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and that the process was as smooth and seamless as was possible. Living in the unit has been fantastic so far, with ample access to grocery stores, retail stores, and some entertainment venues the area has something for just about anyone looking to shake away boredom. The amenities for the townhomes of fantastic too, with landscaping always looking pristine, ample dog waste bins, playgrounds, the pool, and a dog park it really can feel like a community of old at times. I would whole-heartedly recommend these townhomes to anyone that wants a nice garage-attached place, with ample amenities, and that doesn't break the budget (*If you have a budget of two at least).
